Getting to this point wasn’t easy!

When I started out on my own health journey I was a burnt out business owner. I had 4 stone to lose, I was depressed, I was so unfit I couldn’t run to the end of my street and I was in and out of hospital for all sorts of tests. 

After trying lots of different diets and getting mixed results I decided to go all in. 

No booze or "treats" and hit the gym 4-5 times a week! 

👉 I had great results at first and lost a couple of stone and even managed a Tough Mudder race. That was in 2014.

Hey, I'm Kelvin and that's me below on the left 4 stone heavier than now and a a couple of stone lighter on the right. I was on my way to my ideal weight range and feeling great!


I got sick of the boring food I was “allowed” to eat and really missed the food I wasn't “allowed” to eat. I also couldn’t keep up the amount of exercise I was doing while running the business I had at the time.
